Our major involvement in interschool competition is the Theebine District Primary School Sports Association Athletics Carnival held at Bauple early in Term 3. The whole school travels by bus to this carnival to compete against other district schools of similar size. Other interschool meetings may be organised during the year to play other sports. Parents will be notified of these events and a consent form will be requested if children are required to travel. Years 1-7 participate in a Learn to Swim program at the Maryborough pool for ten sessions - Years 1-3 in Term 3 and Years 4-7 in Term 4. Assistance is provided by the Department of Education to meet the cost of transport and pool admission.
