Wide-brimmed
hats are to be worn to protect children from the harmful effects of over exposure
to the sun. Children without wide-brimmed hats are restricted to playing in
sheltered areas. We operate a timetable to lessen the children's playtime
in the hotter parts of the day. No caps are allowed. As part of the
school's new uniform, the P & C are selling bucket hats with the school
name embroidered in school colours. These hats meet the sunsafe standards
and are sold for $8 each.
